5 Building Blocks to a Company that Runs Itself

If you’re a business owner who spends more time fighting fires than building your company, join Full Focus founder Michael Hyatt, CEO Megan Hyatt Miller, and two guest business owners for a discussion about how to transform your business to be a joy to own.

*The training portion is about 40 minutes long followed by a valuable Q&A from the live presentation.

What If You Loved Your To-Do List?

So many business owners get caught up in the day-to-day, putting out fires rather than doing the work they love. What if this turned around? During this special panel discussion, you’ll discover how to free yourself from work you hate, and unleash your business to move forward whether you show up at the office or not.

During our time together, you’ll discover:

  • 5 building blocks that form the foundation of a business that grows whether you show up for work or not.
  • Why some businesses do better when their owners focus on a thin sliver of tasks, leaving the bulk of the heavy-lifting up to them.
  • The single most important thing you can do as a business owner (seriously, nothing else matters).
  • Why “no” is your friend (and how to use it if you’re a people-pleaser).
  • The reality of building a self-scaling business (hint: it’s not a flip of the switch . . . it takes planning).
  • And much more...

Who Should Attend?

  1. Small business owners who feel stuck in work they don’t like but are afraid things will unravel if they delegate to someone else.
  2. Entrepreneurs who want to learn from the experience of seasoned business leaders with decades of experience—including successfully leading a $250-million company through the Great Recession.
  3. Any business owner who needs to get out of daily firefighting so they can focus on what they’re good at.
  4. Business owners who need to work ON the business, not in the business.
